She was so professional, knowledgeable, and confident in what she was doing. You can really tell she knows her work. The whole process was smooth and surprisingly fast, but still very detailed and precise. She explained everything clearly and made sure my hair was treated with care.
My hair feels incredibly soft, healthy, and silky now the shine is unreal! 😍
